Brenan Weston is a UK-based Recruitment firm that specialises in securing talent for Software engineering teams within the UK, Europe & North America. Founded by Robert Peacock an experienced Technology recruiter working for businesses such as Meta, Gymshark, Pinewood Technologies and SThree. Robert has developed deeply technical sourcing skills, believes in the importance of fair business practices and creating long lasting relationships.

Robert began his career working in corporate recruitment agencies such as (Computer Futures a division of SThree), moving into boutique agency recruitment and then into internal recruitment almost a decade ago.
Leading technical recruitment for Pinewood Technologies a Microsoft Gold partner and market leader within DMS technology. Robert lead and developed various recruitment initiatives including designing interview and sourcing processes, supplier management & international recruitment initiatives to name a few. Moving to Gymshark focusing on Tech and Data professionals Robert recruited for a number of teams and technical needs before being headhunted to work as a Technical Sourcer within Meta focusing on recruiting Back-end and Full-stack engineers based within EMEA.
